Chef Ayşenur Opens À La Molu at Dubai’s Azizi Riviera

The restaurant and café brings Turkish dishes, French-influenced pastries and warm hospitality to Meydan

Newszy: DUBAI, UAE, 9 October 2026 — À La Molu, the restaurant and café founded by Chef Ayşenur Molu Şadoğlu, opened its new location at Azizi Riviera in Dubai’s Meydan area on 15 September 2026. Following the closure of its former Dubai World Trade Centre restaurant, the opening marks a new chapter for the concept, bringing together Turkish culinary traditions, French-influenced pastries and the chef’s personal approach to hospitality.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside coffee and desserts, À La Molu welcomes guests throughout the day. Its menu reflects the culinary influences that have shaped Chef Ayşenur’s work, offering Turkish dishes alongside pastries informed by her training in French cuisine.

The restaurant’s name carries a personal meaning: “À La” expresses the chef’s pursuit of excellence, while “Molu” honours her family name and her father, jeweller Orhan Molu. This family connection sits at the heart of the concept, shaping both its identity and the experience the chef hopes to offer guests.

Chef Ayşenur has been closely involved in designing the new space, selecting colours, decorative elements and details to create a warm, elegant and comfortable setting. Azizi Riviera’s diverse community and daily rhythm informed her choice of location, providing a neighbourhood setting for everything from breakfast gatherings to evening meals.

Savoury highlights include gözleme, mantı and a pulled beef sandwich, complemented by breakfast and bakery selections. Turkish flavours and French pastry techniques appear through distinct menu offerings, giving guests different ways to explore the chef’s culinary background.

Among the desserts is Tahinli Kuru Baklava, prepared using Chef Ayşenur’s own recipe without syrup. The creation offers a different texture and flavour profile from classic baklava while maintaining its connection to Turkish traditions.

The À La Blue Cheesecake, developed specifically for the restaurant, takes inspiration from the concept’s signature blue colour, connecting its visual identity with the dessert menu.

“This is not just a restaurant to me, it is my home. And the people who come here are not customers; they are my guests,” said Chef Ayşenur. “Whether you come for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply for a coffee break, my greatest wish is that you leave feeling happy, special, and genuinely welcomed.”

À La Molu is located at Azizi Riviera, Shop 17, Al Meydan, Dubai. It is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to midnight, and closed on Mondays.
